Developing personas and use cases
We pioneered the rapid development of audience segment information requirements through the use of personas and scenarios.
Extending persona development
With a Federal government client, we introduced the concept of Persona Business Advocates. This concept facilitated processes whereby the business owners developed taxonomies, audited and identified key content assets, prototyped user interfaces, and identified the content management disciplines needed to transform the information into content assets. Developing and managing usability testing
We have introduced user-centered design and rapid usability testing programs into a number of organizations. The objective of usability testing is to identify major defects in the user experience, before extensive software coding needs to be modified. Our approach to usability testing has enabled business teams and IT staff roll out Intranet applications and portal programs that meet or exceed user expectations. Done iteratively, usability testing also delivers progressive enhancements and builds goodwill with the end-user audience. Usability testing improves adoption, user satisfaction and drives success metrics, specifically time-to-complete specific user tasks.
