Our clients frequently ask us to step in and provide project management expertise. Our project management services include resource estimating, project implementation planning, and providing facilitation, advisory and project review and re-organization expertise throughout the design and implementation phases. We develop risk registers to identify and pro-actively mitigate areas of significant project risk.
Representative Projects
- International Monetary Fund (IMF), Washington, DC: Developed the enterprise Intranet strategy and supporting implementation plan for this global organization (with colleague Martin White).
- IMF & World Bank, Washington, DC: Evaluated, selected and supported the implementation of an enterprise solution for incoming external news.
- U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Rockville, Maryland: Developed strategy and implementation planning for a major section of the public web site, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). Also facilitated the planning and implementation of Version 1 of Inside.FDA, the Enterprise Portal Initiative.
- Boehringer Ingelheim, Ingelheim, Germany: US lead and deputy project manager for the global consulting team that developed an enterprise information management strategy for their global Intranet.
- BreastCancer.Org, Philadelphia, PA: Assisted this non-profit evaluate and select a content management solution and plan and implement customization and personalization strategies, as well as launch a user-centered web Design program.
- Newsweek, Inc., New York, NY: Assisted Newsweek’s Research Center develop strategy, build applications, and provide training on a variety of Intranet solutions to support the editorial processes.
