Since 1996, McQueen Consulting has provided consulting, design and project management services focused on Intranets and internally facing web site development.  Our clients range from small non-profits to global organizations.  We have specific expertise in the general fields of health care, economics and publishing.  We have worked with a variety of global commercial firms, non-government organizations, and government organizations. 

Our services include strategy development, design, implementation planning, and project management.  We assist organizations in creating an effective bridge among business owners,  end-users, information managers and technology managers. This bridge is comprised of a set of core modern information management disciplines, including:

• Defining internal audience segments and user requirements.  We are adept with creating data representations of user and business unit requirements that create a call-to-action. We know of no other organizations undertaking deep user research and using internal personas and scenarios to effectively drive intranets and internal portal programs.
